Vulnerabillity fixed in Facebook contract language for Libra cryptocurrency

Developers at OpenZeppelin found vulnerabilities in Move, the scripting language developed by Facebook that would have enabled malicious actors to manipulate smart contracts. This bug has been uncovered and patched before the Libra platform was live making the issue benign.
