UK’s financial watchdog proposes to ban crypto derivatives for retail investors

The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially proposed banning exchange-traded notes (ETNs) for retail investors. The FCA says the underlying products remain too volatile with "no reliable basis for valuation." The FCA previously hinted at a ban in March.
