Two Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) have been approved for inclusion in Ethereum’s next major upgrade, Istanbul, according to CoinDesk. These are the first two code changes to be officially approved for the Istanbul upgrade, which is tentatively targeted to activate on Ethereum.
