Initial Exchange Offerings (IEOs) were a marked improvement over 2017 IEOs as there was a base layer of diligence done negating the potential for outright scams and better incentive alignment as pre-sale discounts to venture capitalists weren't as prevalent. However, this doesn't make them quality investments as we've previously shown and it turns out there is very littler interest in trading these instruments after the first 30 days which likely have concerted efforts to boost volumes by the projects and exchanges involved.
