Telegram releases a test client for Telegram Open Network (TON)

The Telegram Open Network (TON) has released a simplified stable version test client. While not the full product or current version of the code, it does contain instructions and the ability to create a simple smart contract. In a recent investors note Telegram announced TON's launch in Q3 2019.
