Telegram finally releases code for its $1.7 billion TON blockchain

The Telegram Open Network has moved closer to going live. On Friday the project released code for running a full node or validator node along with a block explorer. The mainnet launch for the Telegram Open Network is set to happen no later than Oct. 31.
