Speeding up: Q1 recap

$RCN released the RCN v4 Engine, "Diaspore", that improves the systems performance and enables the integration of new functions such as collateral backed loans and multi-lender to multi-borrower products. The RCN website was also revamped to improve aesthetics as well as include more information about the set of network stakeholders including diagrams of the protocol's use cases and the loans' properties and life cycle.
