Security token management platform Securitize raised $14 million from large financial institutions such as Banco Santander, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and, Nomura Holdings indicating interest from the traditional banking sector. Securitize, a registered transfer agent with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), provides compliance functions to help blockchain companies raise money by issuing digital securities
