New York grants Bitlicense to institutional crypto exchange Seed CX

Two SeedCX subsidiaries, Seed Digital Commodities Market LLC (SCXM) and Zero Hash LLC, have both received NY BitLicenses with the latter receiving a money transmission license, according to CoinDesk. SeedCX recently opened up crypto spot trading and plans to add forwards soon.
