🛑 Nevada's highly criticized cryptocurrency bill fails to pass the State Senate

The Uniform Law Commission's (ULC) Uniform Regulation for Virtual Currency Business Act (URVCBA) and Uniform Supplemental Commercial Law for the URVCBA under Nevada SB195 failed recently as the State Senate took no action. SB195 was introduced last February to strong reactions from crypto enthusiasts who criticized the bill which works to put Uniform Commerical Code (UCC) regulations around the crypto industry. ULC's bill also failed in Missouri and Wyoming.
