📄 Michael Arrington's XRP Capital subpoenaed by SEC, plans to stop U.S. investments

Founder of XRP Capital, Michael Arrington, announced that his hedge fund will no longer invest in U.S. based companies after recieving a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Arrington noted that his firm plans to pivot to Asia based investing and that the cost to deal with the request will not be "insignificant."
