In a blow to the $NEO network, major artificial intelligence Dapp Effect.AI has announced its intentions to migrate to $EOS following directional concerns. Effect.AI specifically cited the free transactions on NEO leading to overwhelming numbers of malicious attacks. The move is set to happen in April.
