🏦 Ledger generates $29.5 million profit from hardware wallets and plans to launch crypto custodian service

French crypto cold wallet company Ledger says it has sold over one million Ledger Nano S crypto hardware wallets in 2017 which generated $52.9M of sales and $29.5M of profits. It has plans to expand into the crypto custodianship business called Komainu in partnership with Japanese financial giant Nomura. Additionally Ledger is preparing for another major investment round.
