LBRY releases Joule for Desktop

LBRY has released Joule, a new version of its desktop app available on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Joule adds a new homepage design that is more customized for users, showing them a mix of content based on the channels and tags they follow. The release also includes a number of navigation enhancements and some bug fixes.
