LBRY releases Isaac update for lbry.tv and LBRY desktop

The release of Isaac includes an updated search service, new rewards, a mobile view for lbry.tv, and interface and performance improvements for lbry.tv and LBRY desktop. Some new features for desktop include new wallet server settings to improve decentralization, the ability for YouTube partners to claim wallets, enhancements to text and audio, and more. Search improvements allow for better channel searching and title matches.

As previously covered Isaac also includes new creator rewards and a more frequent reward schedule for YouTube publishers.
