Kik Interactive files response to SEC lawsuit and claims

Earlier today Kik Interactive filed a 100+ page response to the SEC's earlier accusations that, essentially, the Kin ($KIN) token was created by a company looking for a last ditch effort to raise money. In the response Kin takes a hard stance and provides more details on numerous quotes and claims used by the SEC in the original lawsuit.
