👩🏻‍💻 ETHBerlin to only use dapps for its 1000 attendees hackathon

Around 750 hackers are expected at ETHBerlin, an Ethereum-focused ($ETH) hacakthon, this September 7th to 9th with 1,000 people attending in total. The event plans to use the opportunity to replace centralized apps with dapps to drive dapp adoption. For instance, Status will be used in place of Telegram, BlockParty will be used for attendee deposits, and Livepeer will be used to stream the event. The event also has its own tokens known as the BRLN token. The person that wins the most BRLN at the end of the hackathon, shall be prized and named Der/das dAppmeister/in Supreme.
