Egypt: central bank’s draft law requires licenses for crypto-related activities

A new crypto licensing regime may be making its way to Egypt with recent draft legislation for the Central Bank of Egypt. The draft regulations would require a license for the creation, advertisement, and operation of a platform for issuing or trading cryptocurrencies, according to the Egypt Independent.
