DOJ wants the book thrown at confessed ICO scammer

Department of Justice prosecutors are seeking 30-37 months against the ICO fraudster Maksim Zaslavskiy, founder of REcoin and Diamond Reserve Club. The ICO raised $300,000 and was the first fraud case brought by Federal prosecutors against an ICO. Although Zaslavskiy returned all the investments and pleaded guilty, prosecutors are still seeking a harsh sentence.
