The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) is cracking down on blockchain companies, approving of new regulations that require government access to blockchain data, consumer data, and company information. To “produce, duplicate, publish, or disseminate” anything prohibited by Chinese law is illegal when the regulations go into effect next month.
