Coin Center's Director of Research Peter Van Valkenburgh explains how the growing number of technologists and entrepreneurs experimenting with public blockchain protocols need to have access to the same powerful regulatory tools that enabled the early Internet developers to shepherd that nascent technology into the world-changing juggernaut it has become.
