BIS starts FinTech hub as central banks look into crypto

The Bank of International Settlements is starting an innovation hub for central banks to develop their own digital currencies. BIS's program is in large part spurred by Facebook's Libra, according to Bloomberg. The hubs will launch in Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
