Binance launches ‘initial DEX offering’

Binance DEX is running an initial DEX offering (IDO) of Raven Protocol, a blockchain/AI startup, on June 17th. 300 million of the total 10 billion Raven will be sold at $0.0015 per token. Raven's IDO was supported by all 11 Binance DEX validators, although Raven said in its blog its still unsure what an IDO fully is.
