Apple set to introduce CryptoKit in iOS 13 to allow for more secure applications

Apple is set to unveil 'CryptoKit' at WWDC 2019 for iOS 13, according to The Block. CryptoKit will allow developers to perform hashing, key generation, and encryption, making apps more secure. "For the first time, developers can leverage the secure enclave to manage a user’s keys in an iPhone," says co-founder of the Open Money Initiative Alejandro Machado, "achieving a similar level of security to hardware wallets."
