Three time Wyoming State Representative Tyler Lindholm is leading the regulatory battle out West by passing three consequential blockchain laws within the last year. To Lindholm, the legislation is a means to bring the new digital economy to Wyoming. And it is already working: Kraken's CEO has taken a closer look, Cardano ($ADA), and ConsenSys has looked at moving individual projects out West.
