Amazon cloud outage causing major issues at some crypto exchanges

Issues with cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS) caused some issues for crypto exchanges earlier today with Binance and KuCoin both reporting outages or incorrect market information. Other exchanges like BitMax suspended withdrawals while the issues were occurring. One trader posted a screenshot that showed the ability to purchase up to 45 bitcoin ($BTC) for less than a dollar each on an unnamed exchange.
